1099NEC form Changes
The IRS has changed the size of the 1099NEC form. The 2026 forms will now be 2 forms to a 
sheet instead of 3 forms to a sheet. These changes have affected the pack sizes of and required 
envelopes.
1099 Tax Form Change
Some forms (1096, 1099-K, 1099-NEC, 1099-R, 5498, 5498-QA) included in this catalog may 
not have been finalized by the IRS at the time of publication. As a result, they are subject to 
change, and updated versions may be released after this catalog is issued.
